We live on the Beautiful Sunshine Coast of Queensland., Australia. Our home comprises of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, office, lounge room, family room, double garage, outdoor undercover heated spa, with views across the canal The canal is tidal and used by many swimmers, kayaks, canoes, and smaller fishing boats. The home is centrally located between three main shopping areas, one is 1 km away, 4km away and the other is 6km. A smaller shopping centre is within 15 minutes walking distance, our local doctor, vet, post office, chemist, etc is located there. Public transport is also close by. Our home is air conditioned, but rarely use it, we get the sea breezes most of the day. We would also be interested in exchanging cars, ours is a Mitsubishi Diesel Pajero wagon 2005 model subject to insurance approval.
Aptly named the Sunshine Coast due to the extended periods of clear blue sky and sunshine experienced for nine months of the year, the Sunshine Coast has long been a favourite holiday destination to local Queenslanders and other Australian tourists for many years. The Sunshine Coast is located one easy hours drive from Brisbane International Airport. The region stretches for some 50 kilometres from Caloundra in the South to Noosa in the North. In between you can find Kawana Waters, Mooloolaba, Maroochydore, Mudjimba, Coolum and Perigean Beach. Inland a short drive will take you through the hinterland towns and villages each with their own history and scenic beauty.

Localisation de loffre:

We are a retired couple in our 60’s; we tell people we are professional volunteers, spending many hours with the Australian Volunteer Coast Guard, we are active members of Neighborhood Watch in our area, you would also find us at the Caloundra Information center helping out visitors to the area. In our spare time we like to visit Australian National Parks and enjoy bush walking.

We know all of our neighbors and we look after one another’s place when required. If you needed any assistance with anything they would be only to happy to help. We have three cats that sleep 20 hours out of 24 that will need feeding twice a day and looking after. Our gardens are all on an automatic watering system but the lawns may need to be mowed from time to time, depending on the length of stay.
